Pixverse Game is a free to use decentralized application that runs on the Wax Blockchain and uses smart contracts technology that enables the use of Non-Fungible Tokens “NFT” as in-game assets. Through the use of smart contracts, users of the game can transfer NFTs to the wallet accounts owned by the game. The transferred NFTs will become visible assets used to play the game.

Access to the game can only be done using Wax Cloud Wallet (wallet.wax.io) or Anchor Wallet (greymass.com).

You must not use our game in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the game or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the game; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. You may provide links to our site provided that your site complies with the above and you discontinue any links immediately on request by us.

We do not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any damage caused through use of products or services offered through this game or the unavailability of the game at any time, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like).

We have no control over WAX Cloud Wallet, Anchor Wallet, the browsers used, WAX blockchain, or any other third-party site, product, or service that users might use to gain access to our game. We will not be liable for any acts or damage that might result from the user interaction with any such third parties.

 

3. Virtual items, tokens and NFTs

The cryptocurrency market is very volatile and unpredictable. Purchasing pixonium token, any other token or NFTs associated with our game is considered a risk, the tokens or NFTs may become worthless. No purchase can be refunded or exchanged by the initial sellers.

Financial advice is recommended for further guidance before purchasing NFTs or tokens that could be deposited in our game.

Pixverse does not constitute personal property, has no cash value, and has no value outside of Pixverse Game and/or other services offered by Pixverse. Other than within the gameplay of Pixverse Game, pixonium or any other pixverse related token may not be transferred or sold to any other person.

You acknowledge and understand that your transactions on the WAX platform are public and that your WAX address will be associated with these transactions. You further acknowledge and accept that you will be solely liable for any fees, costs, deductions or expenses associated with your transactions on the WAX platform. After an NFT is initially sold or otherwise released or put into circulation by us, we have no control over subsequent transactions. Accordingly, we will have no liability to you (or anyone else) as a result of any transactions that you engage in with respect to NFTs.

In order to provide additional related content our game may contain embedded content, hyperlinks and offers for various third-party advertisers, partners or other. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorization of Pixverse.

Your purchase of NFTs associated with our game does not guarantee you any copyrights ownership or interest in the digital assets holding.

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use.

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the game, prohibiting you from accessing the game, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the game, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the game and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Users can therefore only participate in the respective game or other offer in its respective form provided at any given time. Pixverse retains the right to cease operating the game or remove a specific service without explanation.

Pixverse reserves the right to change or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notifying the user. If the User does not agree to the Conditions, Pixverse reserves the right to terminate the Agreement, which can also lead to the deletion of the User’s account.
